GETTING ESTABLISHED AT DEXTER FAMILY PRACTICE “BECOMING A Thank you for choosing Dexter Family Practice. As part of becoming a new patient, we do require your previous medical records in advance to your first visit. All new patients will meet with Dr All patients of Dexter Family Practice are expected to have annual physical exams and any appropriate screening tests. These exams and any testing will be discussed with your provider prior to ordering. Annual health maintenance is recommended not only by Medicare and MaineCare, but also by most commercial insurance companies. Dexter Family Practice is committed to providing high quality healthcare. The practice is recognized for excellence by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. The practice is ready to meet the high standards set by this national healthcare organization. Any new patients requesting pain/narcotic management will be asked to provide a urine drug screen as part of our efforts to determine if we can indeed meet your medical needs. Refusal of this urine screen is optional. However, acceptance into the practice at that point is up to the discretion of Dr Reddy. We highly recommend that all family members join our practice in order for us to provide family oriented healthcare. Individual family member’s medical information remains highly confidential unless waived by that member. We look forward to providing your healthcare.
