Lisa A. Starkweather, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Received her Bachelors in Nursing in 1993 and a Masters in 2003 from the University of Maine.

Lisa worked for 10 years as a registered nurse on the Cardiac Unit at Eastern Maine Medical Center before becoming certified as a Nurse Practitioner in 2003. Lisa has been with Dexter Family Practice since July, 2003. She is now serving as a preceptor to nurse practitioner students as part of her scope of practice.

Her specialty is Family Practice with a special interest in Diabetes and weight management.
