The following are some of the basics to get a good service you deserve for your health:
Work in partnership with your providers and office staff.
- Keep your appointment as scheduled, if you can not, please cancel early and reschedule.
- Always keep a list of medications you are taking as well as bringing "ALL" medications with you to your visit.
- Attend to your personal hygiene for your health and that of others who attend the office.
- If you are in the habit of forgetting what you want to ask, please write your questions and bring them with you.
- Please always advise us any changes in your name, address, telephone number. Please keep your insurance carrier information current including name and telephone number and ID number.
- If you have problems with payment or insurance please talk to Margaret or Gail before the service is provided to make suitable arrangements.
- If You have billing problem, please call Brown Management on (207) 564-8723 as soon as you receive payment notification for any corrective action.
- If you have a medical issue you want to discuss on phone please call early and leave ample time for the provider to get back to you.
- During an office visit, if you are caring for a child or an elder, please stay with them throughout, unless that individual or providers advises you otherwise.
- If you have any physical disability please let the staff know for any particular help you may need.
- If your Blood tests, X-rays, Paps, Mammograms and histology reports are normal they will be recorded in your chart and you are encouraged to check with the provider on your follow up or next visit. If the tests are out of range and any action that need to be taken will be notified to you. If you have questions, please call the office.
